I grinded through timed full Mock Practice Test A late at night, letting the time run out for each section until the last section of SJT - where I had 7 mins remaining after reviewing all my answers. Exhausted, I clicked the 'End Exam' button on the bottom left, hoping to see how badly or how well I did. I was instantly returned to this screen: - 
and so I did an entire test, finishing without even knowing which questions I got right or wrong. I'm assuming if you just let the time run out you can see your results?
(p.s. I know they don't give you a scaled score or anything - just tells you your marks for each question - but I still got griefed)
(but an enlightening experience - i struggled harder at QR and AR than I thought just based on how many I guessed)
