thingos..see i dont even know the name

I dont understand the difference between things like AWA's and enterprise agreements and AIRC and all those things.

Does anyone have basic easy to udnerstand notes on these things?

I always get the mixed up and confused.

Just a few points for each one? did i miss any above?

from the top of my head: AWA's are individual (discussed between employer and employee), CA's are collective (between group of employees and employer), AIRC is the governing body regarding employment relations. hope it helps
