Help - Cannot post messages (1 Viewer)

My friend has just created a new account and it will not let her post messages or create topics. She has activated her account and she gets the message:

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Can anyone suggest what could be wrong?

Could you PM me with the username please? I'll check to see if they've been activated. If they haven't, you'll need to ask her to reregister again.
