umm....i dont remeber specifics but microeconomic reform is about increasing priductivite capacity which will increase effieciency and therefore prices are lowerd which will put down ward pressure on economy......some one correct me if i am wrong...
problems include ST structural unemployment and reskilling needed due to technology...ummm...i can think of anything else....
