i sleep at 3-4 am or basically when i feel satisfied with what work i've completed or just dead tired

i get home around 5-6pm every weekday, eat and all that nonsense til 8 then attempt to do some work

and i eat lots and lots of junk food mixed with lots and lots of fruits... lol

but dude.... relax you're still in year 10, take it easy and save your energy for year 12... you'll definitely need it

oh yeh and if you want to not procrastinating in senior years... quit bos while you can.. it's addictive... even more addictive than facebook...

Here's my quick advice:

1. Many people procrastinate. Even University students. Since you're in Year 10 and you're already thinking about procrastination, then it's great that you've realised this habit you have.
2. Are you really distracted at home? If so, how? List your distractions, then slowly get into the habit of keeping away from them. Personally for me, the library does wonders. I can finish countless hours of work productively if I have the right mindset and nobody distracts me. YouTube/BOS/Facebook are my main sources of procrastination and without these, win :).
3. 8 hours of sleep will do. I had a 10 hour sleep today during my STUVAC :).
4. Just eat normally. Keep away from energy drinks.
5. Don't follow timetables. They fail for me (and many others). Prioritise your tasks and just do it ;).
6. Why can't you concentrate at school? Friends are distracting you? Have you set some goals? Compete with your friends in a healthy manner, and set realistic goals.
7. It's only the School Certificate. It means nothing. If your parents whinge about it, who fucken cares. Start working hard in Year 12. It's your education.

And yeah, what the guy above said. All the best!
