i got a pretty detailed syllabus for hospo (commercial cookery) from my teacher and there is alot about the handling of linnen and stuff in the hygiene in the laundry, do i really need to kno this? any replies are much appreciated, thanx

You wont learn any of that in commercial cookery... maby on work placement though
