lol, why are people getting worked up about how many people are doing 4u maths at their/others school?

I mean, obviously selective schools will have more doing it than non selective. Thats why they are selective.

I'm curious as to how many are doing it at Ruse. ^_^ Anyone know?

haha, i doubt they have 250 people. I did hear tho that they have this strict policy of only letting top half of the grade do 4u. Dunno y, its not like that the bottom half will scale them down that much.

Yeah, but that's only coz you suck and everyone knows it...or at least I know it ;)

I'll shut up in case you beat me in the half yearly now

As far as selective schools go though, I think generally they just put more pressure on students to pick up extensions of subjects when they really shouldn't. I know of several people at my school that are doing a level of maths well and truly higher than they should be

I've always wondered what it would be like to be in a class of 1, seeing as half the time I just get the basic jist of what the teachers saying and go on to the exerxise cos I cant concentrate on someone talking about maths for v. long (I have ADHD:( )
