I know the title sounds pretty corny, but i've got an interview with K Mart tomorrow, and i'm wondering if anyone who has been to one before and been successful has any hints or tips, or why they thought they got the job over anyone else..

Yeah i think it went ok actually. it was just with the manager who seemed pretty nice. I didn't have the nerve to tell her that i was unavailable for one week at the end of september when training starts... i've got a conference i've payed $300 for (non refundable!)..... agggh! the dilemma!
