So having a bit of a struggle atm...
Sitting down to make notes for art theory and i have no idea how to structure my notes and collect my info together...
How has everyone been making notes for art? (if you make any...)
Do u select an artist, and make notes under the frames and conceptual framework for that artist, and then just do the same for each case?

thanks in advance for the help :)

I think that selecting an artist and doing that type of notetaking is good. Something that also might be good could be looking at a wide array of fairly notable artworks (what are the odds teh Board of Studies is going to choose something so obscure you can't write anything on it?) and generating notes on those. Maybe one artwork from each particular movement or era or even medium (so a Cubist artwork, or a feminist artwork, or an installation or something) and getting a feeling of how to answer a question on any type of artwork.

If you have any tips you'd like to share, that'd be good too :)
