Incomplete premium membership (1 Viewer)

I'm premium, but I'm not sure I'm getting all the features I'm meant to.
1. should my username be in the light blue colour automatically? There is no option for it anywhere.
2. When I type in a custom subtitle it doesn't work
3. When I try to access the Premium member FAQ, all that is displayed is the pictorial demo (perhaps this is normal).

If anyone can help me, thanks.

as for 1. i think there is supposed to be an option somewhere, but i can't find one, and,
i thought maybe 2. only worked when you had 1. enabled
3. same, but i think that is normal, because on the main page it says there are 2 threads there

Go to User CP, then click on Group Memberships near the bottom of the left hand column. If you have premium, there should be two user groups available to choose from: registered (everyone is one of these) and premium. Select "identify me as a member of this group" for premium. Once in the group, you will be able to change your two custom status titles (the second one is displayed in italics below the first, which will both appear under your username).
Note that you need to have selected the premium in order for the second custom title in italics to appear under the normal custom title.
