Don't know how to deal with this:

find integral of (x+2)/x(x^2-1) dx

* using partial fraction method.

Let it equal to A/x + B/(x+1) +C/(x-1). Then add them together, let numerator equal to x+2 and equate coefficients to find A, B, C. Then solve using logarthimic intergration.

You can also try substituting clever values of x,

x+2=A(x+1)(x-1) + Bx(x-1) + Cx(x+1)

If x=0,

2=-A
A=-2

If x=1,

3=2C
C=3/2

If x=-1,
1=2B
B=1/2
