is the ATAR conversion table only for southern croess uni !? (1 Viewer)

I got this table from mathy's earlier post, and it says my ATAR is 85.(which is enough for my transfer)

but, it says that it is common schedule used by southern cross university,,,

but Southern cross is not my goal, my goal is USYD, does USYD use different conversion table from GPA to ATAR? so i might not get offer?
