would we still need to know information about:

-difficulties associated with communication between satellites and earth?? eg van allen belts...sunspots...and how they cause difficulties
-stuff about microwaves over radio waves for space communication?
-stuff about electron microscopes like its development and impact, CROs, optical microscopes?
-drift velocity?

for the exam?

thanks

You need to know how cathode ray tubes are used in televisions and CRO's, basically parallel plates are charged to certain rates to deflect them horizontally and vertically where they then strike a fluorescent screen where their kinetic energy to the screen which then fluoresces.
