Ok, the aim is observe the effects of the liver with hydrogen peroxide with different pH levels. The pH solutions are bufferend the the hydrogen peroxide is 10%. But I am lost in the part of adding the Hydrogen Peroxide and buffered pH. Do I add more buffered pH than the Hydrogen Peroxide or the other around?

Im guessing this is for the pH effect on enzymes practical?

The enzyme is in the liver and the substrate is hydrogen peroxide. The amount of liver and hydrogen peroxide needs to be kept constant in each experiment. The buffer is not involved in the reaction so any amount can be added. For a 1 cm3 sample of liver I would add 10 mL of buffer and 2-5 mL of peroxide.
