Personaly, i find marketing related subjects very boring - as well as the other core subjects like BBA (Especially since 2nd year bba subs are in the evening ONLY).

But, since ive neither done BBA or MKTG sub's, my opinion is not valid :p

i've come to the conclusion that law is impossible to fail

coupled with the fact that it's easy to transfer into and i don't think my commerce (finance)/law degree will be worth the paper it's written on

I hope your employer doesn't find out your BoS posts. =p

Assuming it's easy to get passes/transfers, have you ever thought of getting an Distinction average (or High Distinction average) in order to get your paper's worth? =D

Edit - come to think of it, noone I know has ever failed Law. However it's rare to get more than Credits anywhere.

No one fails law in first year. UNSW has 0% failure in first year. They are not too keen on failing first years. I know one person that should have failed but they rang him and asked him whether he thought he was suited to the course. He said yes and they said something like 'well we are going to let you through this time but dont do it again'

I suspect that that kind of latitude is not given to anyone who is not in first year.
