MDP - Time Action Plan [please upload yours!] (1 Viewer)

I'm really struggling with mine.
I know it isn't even hard but I just can't get my head around it.
Can anyone please upload theirs as an example?
I really need a guide.
I got one from the resources section but I'm not keen on it. (no offense)

I'm not sure what your having troubles with but I know i had this problem when trying to differentiate the two.

The Time plan is a projected and actual plan of your folio work

However the Action plan is a step by step plan of your actual project
