I follow NRL watch TV games when I can, on the odd occasion I will watch AFL or RU but not on a regular basis. Favourite NRL team Melbourne Storm.

AFL all the way. Watch it on TV and go to the matches. Haven't seen a NRL or RU match in ages... last time I watched the rugby was when the world cup or something like that was on in melbourne.

lol, but its true. i have absolutely no idea how NRL and RU are played. something about getting the ball to the other end and passing backwards? I dunno.

same here with afl, all i see is random kicking catching and passing, and they way they pass the ball?! wtf?!...and the whole compensation points for missing the 2 biggest goal posts (if that what they are called). seems confusing to me

haha, yeh, well i guess if we swapped places for a year or two we would understand how the games are played. All about exposure i guess.

I watch 4 or 5 NRL games a week on tv. Hardly go to the games anymore though. I think I might have gone to 3 all last year including 1 State of Origin.

I'll sometimes watch the AFL on tv but only if the Swans are playing. Never been to a game.

I'll only ever watch Rugby is someone else is watching it and won't let me change it and I'll always go for the other side because I hate Australia in Rugby.

U watch porn...thats a sport...sport of kings.
It's only a sport when there's two dudes participating, and then it's like the real sport of kings in the following ways:
a) the men are hung like horses
b) the women are ridden
c) whips are often involved
d) it's a race

Rugby League all the way!!!
I got to about 20 matches last year.
I can't stand the other two codes.
I got dragged to one Swans match, and I went to one Waratahs game for the adventures that were to be had afterwards.

Love watching all 3. Rather the other two to RU though. Would watch an AFL game over a League game any day of the week - much less repetitive. Like the way League is starting to lose its defensive mentality with WT showing this. But theres nothing worse than a typical Roosters v Doggies game where 20 plays in a row are 5 tackles and a kick. Waratahs are good to watch occasionally - the free-flowingness of Union makes its appeal. Nothing like free-flowing AFL (minus the swans who play ugly, defensive and boring tagging tactics).

Most of the time for me:

watching AFL > Watching League > Watching Union > Watching Swans

:D

These types of matches are the best - an contest for field position, crunching defense, real arm-wrestles, none of this airy-fairy wests crap
and also ROFL at "the free-flowingness of Union"
i guess you forget about the rucks and mauls where no-one has any idea of what's going on, the scrums that take at least 2 attempts to pack properly, and the constant games of forcings back
in your average union game, the ball is only in play for about 30 odd minutes

I suppose it depends on your perspective. If its your team then they are the best matches to watch, but if not its quite often boring as batshit with only rabs keeping you awake. Also they rip it up when you've got 50 bucks on one of them.
