Ok everyone, i really want to go to your great uni...but i was hoping for some feedback from anyone who goes to the uni and stays at any of the colleges.

Which college is the wildest? Which college has the most parties? Which college has the most chicks? Which college has the most sporting groups etc? .......You get my drift.

Id really appreciate any feedback from anyone about life at UNI....and yeah any opinions about USYD compared to UNSW are welcome (social aspect), and life in sydney in general. Thanks.

Care to elaborate?

(Or am I understanding this right?)

Asian chicks go to UNSW
Non-asian chicks go to USYD?

If that's true, sign me up for USYD :D
I'd like to see these "best chicks" mmm... *drool*

10% anglo saxon Austarlians and the rest misc (europe, africa, south/north america) i think usyd may be more multicultural.

as interesting as these stats are, it should hardly effect your choice of uni, unless you support pauline hanson, or live in the last century

the saturation of asians at unis also depend on the course.

eg.
arts usyd- 10% asian
commerce usyd- 90% asian, of that 90%, it seems like
65% are international students
99% wanting to do a double major in accounting/finance and be CPA accredited
50% of people from NESB backgrounds claim to have basic or intermediate understanding of the English language
5% wants to sit through a 2 hour infs lecture and therefore
70% talk through the whole damn thing, ruining the lecture for those who might actually want to learn.

rough estimations.

At UNSW, it's often said that Basser College is undisputably the best...

UNSW OBVIOUSLY have the best chicks, or should I say chick ... because I go there. LOL.

As for nationalities - I did Commerce in Sem. 1 (not for long though) and it was more like 99% asian. There's nothing wrong with that, but it was just amusing for me one day sitting up the back and seeing rows and rows of black hair. :)

I now do Arts (much much much more enjoyable) and its mostly anglo.

Dunno much about the colleges ... I have a friend at New College and she has a really really really tiny room. That's about all the info I can give you. :)
