yeh i no what u mean man...im 18 but some of my friends are 17, and i dont really wanna be a dog... i just hope there are some decent beach parties or something..and not just clubs and that gayish looking party setup

Theres no goverment organised events during party week as there are private parties A.K.A Party week. But for under 18's the beach during night and day should be filled with life, and toolies.
