I'm thinking about doing pathways next year.
You can see my subjects in my signature, but I will be dropping legal studies and picking up another unit of English.
The reason why I am asking if I should do pathways is because I feel like I would have a lot more time on my hands if I did pathways.
My school starts at 8:15 (I get there at 7:30, thus have to wake up early - this utterly kills me) and finishes at 2:30, but I get home at 3:30, sometimes 4:30 - then I study till 8:30-9ish.
I feel drained with this routine and I feel like pathways would ease my workload a bit - giving me more time to work on each individual subject, as well as spending less time at school and thus having more free periods, etc, to do homework and study.
I am going alright now, with my routine, and gradewise I'm going okay in all of my subjects, I'm just really worried about year 12 and the workload and whether or not I'm going to be able to efficiently manage my time.
Basically, I want to know the pros and cons of doing pathways - in my situation, would it be worthwhile?

mmmm

don't do it unless you really need to

nothing like the dread of knowing i have to go back to school next year :(

it does ease the workload heaps, but people feel that you are at a better advantage than them and when you do shit you feel even shitter.

pathways is ok. just nah don't do it just because u want to.
