Policy And Legislation????????????? (1 Viewer)

I'm doing Food Tech. and am just managing to stay on top of things( my half-yearly mark was 45%, not ideal but at least it was average), the thing I'm having the most trouble getting my head around is the Food Technology Policy and Legislation! It's all so wordy and you need to remember so many dates!
Does anyone have any tips on how to remember them all

Grab yourself a copy of the excel textbook. Theres one really good page in there that you should memorise.
