Anybody staying at the Princess Palm (surfers)during schoolies?

Not staying there for schoolies, but have stayed there before, it is very nice with direct beach access...
We own an apartement in the block next door, royal palm, but unfortunately there are people renting it while schoolies is on so im stuck in sum shit hole in surfers dun dun dun
only problem is princess palm is a bit sth of bradbeach and surfers, but u can always bus it up the gold coast highway
