quick question. when u launch for eg. a ball over a cliff is the impact velocity's angle below the horizontal? and for eg. if i want to find velocity before it hits the ground, is the angle always above the horizontal??

wow ur wording is really bad and i seriously don't get what ur asking. what do u mean by "is the impact velocity, the angle below the horizontal?". impact velocity is a vector meaning it have both a magnitude and an angle, not just an angle itself. and the angle can be above or below if u actually look at it since the property of vertically opposite angles.
