Q about Chem and Math (1 Viewer)

Hey,

im considering doing CHEM1101 and CHEM1102 this sem. Has anyone done it? The first year advisor, recommended me not to do it, because the exams are on the same day seperated by an hour? Any comments?

Also if CHEM1101 and CHEM1102 is too demanding i might choose to do MATH1903,1904,1905.

Whats the exam timetable for those 3 subjects? (different or same days)

AFAIK the exam timetables change every year. However, chances are that at least the 3 maths subjects would be on different days.

MATH1903, MATH1904 and MATH1905 exams should be on separate days as most first year students do a combination of these subjects.

i did all three maths courses - about 4 years ago - and didnt have any clashes, but the timetable does change from year to year.

having a clash is no big deal either. you get plenty of time to rest between exams, access to tea and coffee, a toaster, etc... you just cant use your mobile or a laptop whilst your waiting
