If I enrol for a course before the late round, I would still be able to receive a late round offer correct? I think this sound like a silly question, but I'll ask anyway

Yes.

In fact it is strongly advised you enrol in whatever course you were offered tonight. If you don't and you fail to get an offer in later rounds you will end up with nothing.

If you do get a later offer you simply withdraw from the earlier degree.
