I'm just finding that it's all very confusing and I was wondering if someone could give me some sort of guidance as to what path I'm on towards a UAI.

My marks and ranks at this point before trials are:
English Advanced: about 90%, 2nd place.
English Extension: about 90%, 2nd place.
Economics: about 88%, 1st place (with an assessment+trial to do)
Legal Studies: 1st place, about 90% (with an assessment+trial to do)
Modern History: 6th place, about 85%
English Extension 2: 4th place (from 4), about 75-80%

My major work for extension 2 is causing me some concern. Does anybody know if a mark of about 35/50 will be sufficient to contribute to a UAI of 90+?

If someone could give me some advice and guidance on just what path I'm on with relation to the UAI (because I'm unsure how to do SAM with such variations etc), it would be greatly appreciated.

Because SAM can't give accurate estimates without using actual HSC results.

But the threadstarter, assuaming he maintains those ranks and does well in the HSC exams, it would be entirely possible that he could get a UAI of 90, unless he majorly screws up in extension 2 english.
