hi

just wondering, if i am going to refernce something from the text book, but the text book has referenced it from somewhere else - should i type the reference as the textbook or from where the textbook got it from???

i hope it is not too confusing

also, where is the assignment drop in box for psych? C3A ground floor?

Didn't they give you a referencing style to use?

In all styles, you'll generally refer to the original sayer of the idea, and then in the reference, you'll use where you found it - ie to make it 100% explicit that you're using that source, not the original.

Don't make it look like you've really used two sources, basically. If you can, go find that source, check it out, and then reference it for other things as well (if relevant). Otherwise, just reference the one source.

The after-hours psych box is outside the doors to C3A. Its white.

For psych, it will look like this: "blah blah blah (Original Author's name, cited in Text Author's name, YEAR)".

p.s. The APA in the library is your friend :)

im doing bba111 - but needed to hand it in to the psych dept
