yeah i guess

you can get the form from the rta site if you want to check the wording of that question and allay your conscience

as long as you answer no you can upgrade because they don't know about your infringement

as far as the license holder is concerned they should be clear once they pay the fine/get sentenced at the court, the rest is up to the RTA. Say you got booked at the side of the road for speeding and paid the fine, the RTA wouldn't send you a letter to tell you that they took 3 points off because theres no suspension, right? So there really is no way effectively of knowing whether the matter is settled or not.

:/

whatever
worst that happens is they say no and im out $160

pretty sure you can upgrade before the disqualification comes through

a friend did it when he was out of points so he just went onto his greens and had magical points again

anyone with suggestions on getting lube off rim/tyre sidewall
anyone
my back hurts and its been an hr
Kerosene

Sprays always end up covering the sidewall, messy and expensive. Used engine oil is the best chain lube imo. Paint a light layer on with a brush.

Sprays cover the sidewall if you can't aim

Even without the long nozzle tip I don't get it on the sidewall unless I'm retarded about it
