Can anyone recommend me softwares that evaluate a PC & Network thanks.

I think he/she means benchmarking..
Well theres freshDiagnose (a free windows benchmarking software, well you just need to send them your e-mail and you can use the product for ever) and a network benchmarking software would be like Network Console (I haven't used it but from quick googling it looks ok)
