can any1 write some of the solutions for the maths exam. Ill do question1.

Question 1

(a) 0.0302
(b) 3+sec(squared) x
(c) 94 degrees
(d) $280
(e) x(power 3)-8x+c
(f) x=10, -4

Sorry, I'm not too helpful, maths killed my brain.

Im confused coz i got something like 95*29'.34 does it go up or stay, i thought it would stay at 95*

it says NEAREST

when they say nearest you go Fix 0 on ur calculator try it out

Well i do that on my calculator and the answer is 95 degrees [like i should talk, i left the bloody thing in radians - i should learn to read the damn question properly]

ahh yes it is 95 i fink i accidently typed 96 but i put the right answer in the exam becoz i Fix 0'd the answer.

um, yeh, but really, back to basics (something even i can do.. sometimes!) theres 60 minutes in a degree, and when rounding, anything <30'0" (inclusive) goes up and anything under that goes down.. which would make 95' 29'34.whatever" round down to 95' . at least, i really hope it does, coz i have a feeling im gonna need those 2 marks...

For the fish question (I believe 9 c) ii)), the value to minimise E is v = 3u/2, I think.

= x(xcosx+2sinx)


(d)(i) = ln(x^2+5) +C

(ii) = [tanx] Pi/3 - Pi/4

=(tan(Pi/3)) - (tan(Pi/4))

= root 3 - 1 Units squared
