It's worth 3 marks and they expect at least 6 lines. I don't know how to answer it :S
Investigate and Explain the observed fact that stars plotted into a H-R diagram form identified groups (eg. main sequence, red giants, white dwarfs) with very few stars appearing on the diagram between these groups.
(H-R = Hertzsprung-Russel Diagram)
