stupid maths question (1 Viewer)

This question probably has easy answer but I cant work it out.

In my working for a Q in circle geo I get the answer down to

10.89=X^2 + 7.9X

I need to find out what X is.

I recognise I can factorise it, (X + )(X - )

But is there any way how can you find the exact factors

An alternative is completing the square [quadratic formula is much easier and quicker though].
