The chances for high harm diseases are higher with smokers than the non smokers. Smokers are twice as likely to die from heart attacks as are non smokers. And smoking is a major risk factor for peripheral vascular disease, a narrowing of the blood vessels that carry blood to the leg and arm muscles.

Smoking also affects the walls of the vessels that carry blood to the brain i.e., carotid arteries, which can cause strokes. Men who smoke are more likely to develop impotence because of blood vessel disease.

The number of disease is high in number as cigarettes have a high number of harmful chemicals included in it. Never take a blind decision. With regard to cigarettes just think of the Quit smoking side effects . If you think in the right way, it’s sure that you will find its goodness, and automatically you will quit.
