Hell yes, finally the boys are back with a new season! (May 27th)

Slightly shorter which is disappointing but undoubtedly still satiristicly satisfying. (Yes, I make up adverbs to continue alliteration!)

Thoughts on what will be in the Chaser's sights for 2009???

(Besides everything ofcourse)

hahhaaha. Apparently they were flying over the Vatican in a hot air balloon, a clear violation of their air space. Fucking LOL.

CNNNN was good. If anyone remembers it.....
It was. As was 'The Chaser Decides'.

Hopefully the new season will be strong. I'm glad they took the break. Something tells me that if they had gone straight into a new season it wouldn't have been as good.

They had so much material to cover in their first episode. I think they did well, even if a lot of it was quite dated.

i had high expectations after 18 months, and left a little disappointed. standouts were the footy show masturbation skit, open mic and shore rowing shed.

But by appealing to the lowest common denominator they've increased their total market. If the show remained elitist political satire, they just wouldn't keep their audience. Even Newstopia has its momentary lapses to attract a broader audience.
