this has to be thte most fuked up book ive read, lol. its written by this german guy, quite a few years ago, the critics say it is "certainly the strangest, probably the greatster novel to come out of Germany."
its about this guy who is really weird, like when he's born his mother tells him that for his 3rd birthday she will give him a tin drum, and he understands everything from hte moment he is born. on his third birthday he gets his drum, which becomes an extension of his being...and he also makes himself stop growing so that he remains 1m tall for his whole life. This is only the beginning, i wont even start on the rest of weird stuff in this book!!!
has any read some extrememly strange, grotesque, scarring books, something that really effects u???
