Hey guys, I just have a quick query that i wondered if anyone could help me with.

atm i'm studying Bmedsci at unsw as a 1st yr student. I applied to entry for physiotherapy (usyd) however missed out by 2-3 UAI points. I've applied for entry again this year. Thus far I've predicted that, without any MAJOR shocks, i should come out with a gpa of approx. 6 and a wam of 75-ish.

if the UAI i received last year was 93, and providing physio's required UAI doesnt shift too much (around 96) what do you think my chances are of getting in?

Cheers guys.

gpa of 6=96 in the nrsl index, so 93+96/2=94.5 which could scrape you through depending on how many nrsl apply for physio
the nrsl cutoff is usually lower than the uai so you have every chance of getting through

well, to give you an insight to how i t/f between unis:

UAI of 67.7, first year of uni had a average of about 70% (+ a STAT of 96, done a few years prior) and was accepted into a course with a UAI mark in the 90s.

you'll get in, no worries.
