Transferring Courses (1 Viewer)

Hey,
I'm currently doing first year Comp Sci and am looking to change to Comp Sci + another degree. What's the best way to do this, as I heard that you can still apply through UAC for 2 years after the HSC (I completed last year). I would rather do this instead of internal transfer as my ATAR looks a lot better than my WAM (lol), but I'm not sure if this is a thing, and if it is, do my units still count?

Even if I don't think I meet the requirements for internal transfer, but easily meet the ATAR requirement?

IPT you need to have completed 36UoC and have 65+ WAM iirc
