I was waiting for a thread like this to come up...

Playing Baseball for USYD in the EUG's, should be fun. As for the AUG, not too sure yet.

Have no idea on what to expect, has anyone else gone before?

Ultimate Frisbee :)

Dunno bout AUGs yet, gotta qualify, and I'll have thesis crap due around then.

At Wollongong Uni every unigames team had trials. These were probably back in April. So, if you're not on a squad now, chances are you're too late for EUGs, but other uni's could do things differently. How much is it costing you guys?? Ours is about $300 :(

UTS is $350, but i get a sports scholar subsidy, so it's $250. That includes transport, accomodation, uniform and social pass.

Ours is about $400 includ. accom, transport, uniforms, enrty fee/social pass and bond (from Bathurst) but unfortunalty I couldn't afford it, so I couldn't go.

I was going for Rugby Union, but theres a fair few others who couldn't afford it either, so CSU hasn't got a womens rugby team this year :(

I'm saving up and going next year though, definatly!!!

Just came back from Tammworth yesterday. The EUG's are absolutely amazing. One of the best weeks of my life. Nothing else compares to going to bed at 4am then getting up at 7 for 3 games of baseball, finishing at 5pm and starting to drink again at 6.

Love it!

I'm going to Brisbane. Already prepping up by sleeping in and going to bed early. I've stopped exercising and stopped the uni work for now.

It will be big :D

Our team isn't doing any of the theme nights. They suck and are basically the same as Tammworth.

So we made our own :D
