Which university or universities, is the best for a course in registered nursing?
Or at least just a good reputation for it?

Try a non-city uni like CSU - you don't get treated like a number. And later don't diss rural nursing - you are highly valued out here.

UniSA and CDU (and I think CQU & James Cook) do it by distance.

Try and get your AIN certificate beforehand so that you can (more easily) find work whilst studying.

They are changing the enrolled nursing system this year but if you get an enrolled nursing traineeship - they pay you to learn! Plus you get time knocked off your RN degree for it.

Australia Catholic University, North Sydney -- has high reputation for nursing alot people i know graduated from nursing has got themselves a job in the nursing field after the degree
