I am considering accommodation options when I start at UNSW. I had a look at private rentals and also apartments located within UNSW.
The newest UNSW apartment is the University Terraces, does anyone live there or know much about it? How is it? Is there no air conditioning at all? How is that possible?
Is the extra cost worth it for a 1 bedroom apartment over a studio at university terraces?
Is the university terraces resident carpark an underground carpark below the building? Do you reckon a car is necessary if you are staying within the uni grounds?
I would love to hear any opinions of university terraces.
