Hello,

I am just wondering how exchange works at MQU, with a law degree in mind. What year can you do it? Was it beneficial? Can you do relevant units overseas that count for credit? Is it good to have on a resume? Any information is helpful for me, as are experiences of anyone who went on exchange. Thanks :)

Heyy,
I'm only a first year so can't really answer Qs 1 and 2 but I do know that you can't do core units while on exchange (differences in legal systems) so it's recommended that you go in 4th or 5th year and you can only do electives while overseas --- the units you plan to do overseas have to be approved by MQ before you go though --- and they will count for credit.

Exchanges would be very good to have on a resume - shows global skills, independence, risk-taking, open to challenges etc etc things like that lmao

I read this on the MQ Law website btw so search around there if you want more specific info :)
