Dont' worry, I laughed my head off when I saw it, too. And yes, it's ugly. But that's only cos of the colour and the leaves and soap. The shape isn't too bad.

Such fountain is located next to CLB, so what can we expect out of it? I just hope it is not recycled from you know where.

The last time I saw it, it had frothy white bubbles which leads me to believe that they were trying to clean it
