Also, the first half of Boris/Merzbow - Sun Baked Snow Cave. Was kinda getting into it and then my mum told me to turn it down because it was around 1:30am
the last 15 minutes of that album (the shimmery acoustic bit) is the best part.

the goslings - grandeur of hair
bert jansch - s/t
swell maps - a trip to marineville

Agalloch - The Mantle (best Agalloch album, easily)

Battles - Mirrored (fucking trippy, it's like old Battles, but faster and on acid)

Katatonia - Discouraged Ones (is it just me, or does every song on this album sound the same?)

ISIS - In the Absence of Truth (I actually quite like this one, vocals are great, like it more than Panopticon, not sure about Oceanic)

Jesu - Conqueror (Jesu are growing on me, slowly yet surely)

Smashing Pumpkins - Pisces Iscariot - old style Pumpkins.
Radiohead - Kid A - bizarre fusion pieces of Jazz and House and Britpop grew on me way faster than OK Computer did.
Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation - ridiculously technical guitar lines will never, ever get old to me.
Dresden Dolls - The Dresden Dolls - Amanda Palmer scares the fuck out of me.
