yep!
my appetite = how much i think about food
the days i eat less are when i'm super busy and have no time to obsess about food and just eat on the go or in breaks
when i have nothing on i eat heaps because i have nothing to think about except food and end up lulling myself into being hungrier than i really am and overeating heapsssss

mine's a bit different like i can have nothing to do and not eat heaps still, it's not about being bored or thinking about food. i can't really explain it hey.
but when i try to restrict i always end up doing the opposite (not bingeing but just eating crappy)
i just don't understand how normal eating is a thing like do people just get hungry and think 'i feel like this so i will eat it' because i think i literally could not do that. like even though i eat somewhat normally i still eat the exact same thing every day and usually around the same time etc.

lol w/e

i have also had coffee

Does a smoothie count as dinner though? An interesting question, does soup count as dinner? According to my sister, it doesnt because it is liquid (I dont agree at all by the way, I love soup).

Sometimes when I'm feeling like I want to be full, but not actually get fat on rice/pasta/bread, I just have about a litre of chicken broth with some spinach that has been cooked in it.

Tastes awesome and it's so easy to make.
