In feliks skrzynecki it goes

"Talking they reminisced
About farms where paddocks flowered
With corn and wheat,

It shows the history and background of Feliks and his place of belonging but peter doesnt belong here as he has no link to this history.
Its kind of like listing but idk what the technique really is. So, what is it??

I used 'bucolic imagery' [the 'farms where paddocks flowered' bit], as it shows how the power of memory sustains Feliks.
