what's history(and ancient history) like at UNE? (1 Viewer)

Hey all,
I'm looking at going to UNE next year to do Arts probably majoring in history of some vareity. Is there anyone who's doing some history this year who can tell me what it's like and how good the courses/teaching is? Also what's the uni like in general? is armidale a good place to study and live?

Uhm, I study Aboriginal History externally through UNE, I'm in the middle of doing an Ancient History assignment right now, and I'm finding it pretty hard! So I guess that means they're thorough?

And as for Armidale in general... I used to live there and study on-campus, but I didn't like it which is why I transferred to external and came back to Sydney. But some people do love it there, I guess it just depends on what sort of a person you are and what you're interested in, whether you have friends there, all that sort of stuff.
