Most likely O-Week.

However, the UNSW Bookshop expects the textlist to be available on Monday 17th February 2014, so the course outlines would be made by then - it's just a matter of when the course outline webpage gets updated.

The handbook links you to the respective faculty page but some/most of the course outlines aren't released yet. So I guess I should really only be asking when most of these outlines get released. Before the semester starts?
