Anyone here uses the Central bus to UNSW? How long do we have to wait for the first week of uni?? I don't want to be late. cos
my lecture starts at 9AM on monday

The uni express comes every 5-10 minutes, so just be at the bus stop at 8:30 to be safe

I suggest you get to Central around 8:30 at the very latest
expect hundreds and hundreds of people queuing for buses

thankgod my first lecture is at midday..

*shrugs* Are you serious? hundereds? triple digits. eek!
Some bus drivers are mean. they only allow 15 people standing. So I think 10 buses are needed to transport all those people. So i don't know how 8:30 is early enough since there will be a bus at 8:30, 8:45 and 9:00!

The 895 express buses come and go quicker than you can say "crikey! what was that?!"

But really..they come every 2 minutes or so during peak.

If not more. On the first day expect there to be a constant stock of 2-3 buses picking up students ....

Yeah thats true, during those first few uni days in the morning, theres about 3 buses there every MINUTE

problem is, there is hectic traffic by the time the buses get to High St. at UNSW =/

In the first few weeks you just put up with lots and lots of eager students - by about mid-session the dropouts have dropped out and everybody else is too lazy to come in early..
