Which courses and Unis do you prefer? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
This can be the place to share shootmarks for the future and quite soon ahead: Uni. I don't know much about the courses that can satisfy my needs and wants so I stick to some common choices. It'd be good if you can share a bit with us as we all can 'identify our enemies' (just kidding) but afterall can help people with similar/same aims to get into Unis together (hardly possible, eh? Joking)

So, here 'are' my courses:

Arts/Laws at Uni of Syd

Med at UNSW or Uni of Syd

Pharmacy at Uni of Syd

A science course or Vet at 'whatever' but the best if it is UNSW, Uni of Syd or perhaps Macquaire, Uni of Mel or ANU (this one offers scholarships, so does Mac)

However, will follow the call of scholarships... hix. Understand for me, I'm too deep in debt already.

Anyway, so, what is/are your choice(s)?

Asian Studies (specialist)/ Law @ ANU

as it goes for the whole finances thing...If its still available next year i plan to apply for the GAP program through the defence forces, namely the air force. That way ill have some savings to back me and i think i'll earn enough money to claim independence for like youth allowance and what not

i don't actually have a preference, but after talking with my dad,
seems like he wants me to do a Eng/Comm degree...

i'd wanna go UNSW. since most friends go there.

If i actually failed really hard. Taxation would be my backup plan entrance was only 79 2007..not sure about 08.. :\ ... there's always TAFE.

your parents have to earn less then like $600 combined.
so its hard to get, some single parent kids have it.
my mate gets 231 a fortnight from it.

whatever i do in the fture as a career, i want to have something to do with preserving or raising awareness about the environment.
what i want to do are:

Geography- bachelor of social science or science- at UNSW
Law- at UNSW choosing Environmental law as one of electives
