Which tablet or laptop to buy (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

Since I'm really not up to date with the market I would like opinions on which tablet/laptop to buy. What I need is a lightweight device which I can use at uni or on the train and be able to carry it for extended periods of time. The main reason I need it is for programming. Any help appreciated, thanks .

well in programming would "any computer do?"

the new ultrabooks are pretty good, they have long battery life, are lightweight but some are very expensive and not really durable

Idk ive heard you cant program on some tablets and i want to be able to program stuff like printfs

yeah the microsoft surface and a few other ones, but things like iPad and note you can't
